How to Open a CHM File with No Content

When you open a CHM file, you may find that the index does not work as it should be and there is sentence says, "The Page cannot be displayed." It is easy to fix it. Go to file settings and click on "Unblocked" then the index will work well. This setting was added to avoid viruses transmitted after setting up Internet Explorer 7 or above.
